Creative Design & Rendering

3D Design & engineering development phase usually lasts between 1-3 months.

Batch Production

We operate with Swiss standard quality (one of the select few in Asia), adhering to rigorous standards with fluency and precision. As a fully vertically integrated manufacturer, we minimize reliance on external suppliers, ensuring complete control over every stage of production.

Our mastery of surface finishing techniques includes mirror polishing, brushing, sandblast and in-house PVD and DLC coatings.

We specialize in working with metal materials such as titanium, 316L and 904L stainless steel, ceramic, carbon fiber, sapphire crystal, and rare materials like BMG and tantalum.

Watch Assembly

4,000 SQM ISO 7 cleanroom, regulated 24/7 for humidity and temperature control, ensuring environment for high-precision watch assembly. Supported by over 100 skilled assemblers, we specialize in handling intricate components.

Every unit undergoes rigorous Incoming Quality Control (IQC) testing before assembly to ensure the use of flawless components.

Our tight tolerances and multi-stage inspection system, including movement regulation, hand placement, and water resistance testing, uphold our Zero Defect Policy. We proudly stand behind every product, guaranteeing quality and functionality.

Quality Assurance & Delivery

Every watch meets the highest standards of precision and durability through rigorous testing and strict quality control. Each watch undergoes comprehensive testing, including water resistance (up to 5,000M), shock resistance, abrasion and scratch resistance, coating adhesion, accuracy, humidity, salt spray, battery life, and strap durability tests. 

Advanced Swiss and Japanese tools, such as micrometers, calipers, CMMs, and Keyence optical systems, verify dimensions and tolerances with precision. Optical and digital microscopy inspects components like jewels and gears. All processes comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 14000 standards.
